Research in our capacity of engagement by the client (subject to the contractual agreement with the client); customer enquiries and follow up on past engagements; billing and debt recovery activities.
The client’s authorised representatives or legal advisors (when requested); Whitehorne Scientific Consulting’s professional advisors, accountants, auditors and lawyers; Government and regulatory authorities as required by law.
In the case that Whitehorne Scientific Consulting needs to disclose personal information to another agency, business or organisation for any of the purposes stated above, Whitehorne Scientific Consulting will take all reasonable attempts to ensure that the recipients are bound by confidentiality and privacy in relation to the protection of the client’s information, in keeping with national laws on privacy (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens).
Clients can access personal information held by Whitehorne Scientific Consulting, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. For security reasons, clients or individuals may be required to put their request in writing.
